![]() We ended up going to our room to mix drinks from "supplies" we brought with us. Either the casino bars were shut down or the one that did have a bartender at the Sports Book had ONE bartender trying to serve everyone sitting at the bar and all of the walk-ups. On Tuesday night (we were there Mon-Wed), we could NOT get a drink anywhere in the casino. I never once saw one employee cleaning the slot machines (for covid). Now, for the bad vibes: while the casino itself was bright and interesting visually, the signage was in adequate. I read a whole lot of reviews that complained about the amount of walking there is, but I guess those guests are sedimentary and/or elderly as I saw tons of both types. The "Ivy" customer service kept texting me and the one time I asked a question, it didn't respond. ![]() The complimentary valet for hotel guests was a nice touch as was the kiosk check-in and online checkout. While our room was non-smoking, all the halls we were in in both towers smelled of stale smoke and some of pot. There wasn't much of a view as I thought there would be since it's called the "mountain tower" but that's ok. The shower was huge and beautifully updated. ![]() First for the good vibes: our hotel room (9th floor Mountain Tower) was very spacious and the decor was updated.
